Event Details
The Toronto Children's Concert Choir will be hosting a series of 10th Anniversary Concerts, featuring special guests.
The first, will take place on Saturday, April 9th 2011 at Rosewood Church of the Nazarene (657 Milner Ave, Scarborough, Ontario). The doors open at 6:30 pm with the show starting at 7:00 pm. The concert will feature the University of Toronto Gospel Choir. The Covenant Award-winning choirs will perform two songs together in a concert that will also include dance and drumming.

Toronto Children's Concert Choir and Performing Arts Company (TC3) is a program of The HopeWorks Connection, Inc., a not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering urban youth aged seven to 18 years through the performing arts and relieving poverty. TC3 is committed to producing a unique world-class youth performing arts company reflective of Toronto's great reputation. TC3 auditions youth from across the GTA. Its members have access to a broad scope of experiences including vocal instruction, various forms of dance, West African drum, and drama. Training is complimented by retreats, social skills training, conferences, stage presence skills building, specialized camps, as well as international and national appearances and concert tours. TC3's youth are also encouraged and supported in their quest for academic excellence and leadership development so that they are prepared to compete and interact in the global, multicultural society.
